Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

Starting a Business

I'm thinking about starting a Home and Business Cleaning business (company) and I would like to know what I have to do to make this legal in Illinois. What business structure/ what corporation is best for this kind of business. I know I don't what sole ownership but still I don't have a partnership either. I'm looking to hire employees for only part-time...what's your advice for me?

Re: Starting a Business

The best type of entity depends on your goals and desires. There are a number which could afford you significant protection from creditors yet be tax advantageous -- such as limited liabilitiy companies or a corporation with a "S" election.

Without a meeting and understanding your business objectives, it is impossible to provide you with an exact recommendation as to what would be best for you.

Pls. feel free to contact my office, if you would like to pursue this inquiry further.
