Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Storage Fee
I have two storage units at one company site. One unit is paid up to date. The other unit is severely delinquint. The company will not allow access or allow me to move my stuiff out of the unit that is paid up to date. I understand that I should not get my stuff from the unpaid unit, but what about the paid unit? The man says that my name is on both units so to bad.

Re: Storage Fee
You need to look at the contract or lease to determine if here is some language that gives him rights to prevent your access to a paid unit when you own on an unpaid unit. If not, then you need to look at the Illinois Statutes to see if something applies. If not, you can sue him for conversion and possibly for violating your lease.
