Can i Sue Ebay?
My case is simple and absolutely non-understandable for me.
I've been with eBay for more then 7 years. I haven't any problems ever. All my transactions (seller's or buyer's) was smooth. My feedback is only 56, but 100% positive. As a seller I'm not a frequent at eBay , mostly when they offer reduced listing price.
Recently I've been suspended with NO REASON at all. After multiple contacts with customer service the only thing I've got is the stupid recommendation ''As previously mentioned, in order to continue with your appeal you will
need to satisfy the following two conditions:

1. Read and understand the eBay Investigations policy that led to the
suspension of your account.
2. Print, complete and send (by fax or mail) the Request for
Reinstatement Form along with proof that your eBay contact information
is valid.''
They didn't ever try to show, why they did this wild thing to me, no documents, no explanation, like they don't have to. I'm sure for 100000000000000%, I'm not guilty in any violence. What should I do?
At the time of suspensions I was in of processes of buying, selling and whatching at EBay
