Hello i want to sue sprint for overage charges charged to my account because of there mistakes so can i sue for them makeing me pay for something they are liable for im a hard working person and i just dont have free money to pay because of there mistakes

If you were not properly charged they should credit you. Otherwise of course you can sue them but they will defend their charges based on the lengthy contract terms and conditions of your service plan. Your lawsuit would have to attach a copy of the contract, then the billings that show they are improper charges. If you can do that you may have a chance. It could be time consuming and costly, and in most service plans you could be knocked out of court and wind up having to arbitrate the charges, very possibly in a location far from your home. So principle may yield to practicality here and when your plan term is up it may simply be time to go with another company but before you do so make sure the kind of charges you are talking about are or are not billable......
