Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

Suit against company/associates?

For a couple months I have recvd many calls and advances at work from an employee. I pay this girl no attention, I believe she is conspiring with her friends to get me fired. In the past month I have recieved 2 writeups for actions, others have claimed I have done. Tonite I recieved a 3rd one involving slapping said employees butt and poking another person in her forehead. I have never made such advances to this employee in any manner, and the reason why i was poking the girl in the head is because she kicked me in the shin.On the first occasion I was accused of stealing from work, when I showed the manager the exact locations of the items i was said to have taken, they changed the write up to not following instructions, the whole time during the sit down process they had a vhs on the table as a scare tactic .On the 2nd occasion one of the employees friends who happens to be supervisor status wrote me up for claiming I had a 15min argument w/her while yelling the only wittness to this apparent travesty are her group of friends. Also with this super her and another of same power had a managers permision to shrinkwrap my car on comp/property & time. Please help me figure out what I can do to keep my job or if I can sue. Thank you

Re: Suit against company/associates?

Hello. You are being harrassed. First of all

you should document everything that has happened

to you. I would take the weekend to do this.

Try to be as accurate with the dates and times

as possible. You need legal representation to

approach the company on your behalf. Trying to

do this by yourself will be very stressful and

anyone would be at a psychological disadvantage.

You need backup. The next time someone kicks you, you should make a police report, even if

its a woman. Take the police report to the

neartest office of your county's state's attorney. I think you should consider filing a

lawsuit against the company, but this should be

explored carefully. Will be happy to answer any

additional questions you may have.
