Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Title to Construction Equipment
We purchased 25K worth of equipment and were allowing a friend to pay us back for the equipment over 3 years at zero percent interest. We discovered that he is in possession of the Titles and he is now refusing to give them to us. We have proof of purchase. What are our rights.

You may have to file a lawsuit to get the title. Do you have a written contract?
