Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Trademark dead, can i revive?
My trademark died according to the USPTO.gov website. It says it died July 2008. Is it possible to revive it? Or will I have to register all over again? It cost me over $1000 and I want to avoid spending that much again.
Thank you

Re: Trademark dead, can i revive?
There is a six month grace period after most trademark deadlines with the USPTO. The word "dead" does not indicate whether the grace period also passed. In any event, you can often resurrect trademarks as long as you can prove continuous use. There may, however, be fees associated with resurrection as well.
