Void Pre-incorporation Agreement
I signed a pre-incorporation agreement with a partner on an Internet venture. The other partner has since stopped his interest in pursuing the business, and I want to void the pre-incorporation agreement so his equity in the business is voided. How can this be accomplished?

Re: Void Pre-incorporation Agreement
Send the partner a certified letter of rescission and mention that your partner breached the agreement.
