Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Walmart sold me a wrong battery. I put it in and now thousands of dollars have gone by and still no car. Can I do anything about Walmart? Fuses blwon wires fried spark plugs ruined and so on.

If you only purchased the battery but installed it yourself, you may have only yourself to blame if it was not the right battery. If you went to their service department and asked for a new battery and they selected and installed the wrong one, then this may be an insurance claim against them.
