Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Just wondering if there was even legal action which could be taken on this subject. My father recently has changed jobs, maybe in the last six months. The new company he works for has been giving him checks which bounce when he goes to deposit them. Due to this, the bank then closed my father's account because of the amount of bouncing checks- and in this closed account is obviously money which he cannot reach now. Not only this but my brother will be attending Loyola University this fall, and the first tuition payment bounced due to the account being closed. This is concerning me because my father is obviously thrown off by all of this, etc. Any help?

He has rights and needs to contact an attorney to discuss the situation in detail as the situation is too complex for a thorough discussion in this forum..
