Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Work place ethics
A few months ago I left a job because of personal reasons. I turned in a letter of resignation stating such. I found out yesterday that my old employer told a former mentor of mine another reason as to why i had left, stating that basically he fired me. Which is not the case. Did he breach something here?
