Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

I work in a restaurant in Woodstok Ill, they pay me bellow the minimun wedges, and no hollydays pay, no vacation, and no over time pay but make me work weekends and hollydays wthot extra pay. I like to know if I can do something about it to get pay for all those years I work there and also he never gave me a w2 form for tax, wich I think he is not either filling tax as he should by law.
