i woul really appreciate you help, i was just wonderig i want to start a raffle project online using some existing websites (eg. youtube) i just dont want to do it to benefit me also for some charities. the way i was going to set up the raffle was for any one that wants to participate would have to send a one dollar money order to p.o box that i would provide for them to mail to.then is some days i woul announce the winner online i expext people to participate from different states as i will ship the prize to the winner. i expect more than 200 or more to participate.and this will not be a one time thing i would like to keep on doing this aslong as there people willing to participate. would i ilegal issues? i live in chicago illinois, thank you!

It is not a good idea. Take a look at the Illinois Raffles Act.
