Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

my 6month pregnant girlfriend got pulled over in the parking lot where we are staying by the same k9 officer that pulled me over 4days b4 and dog hit on car and found nothing.Immediatly got dog out on her trafficstop and walked dog around several times with no response but officer was shoving dogs face into car asthough was trying to pursuade dog to hit on car n eventually dog weekly scratched on car seemingly to get officer to stop.my girlfriend s friend left a half n ink pen tube in her car day before n in state of panic my girlfriend put in her bra n a female officer found it n she been lockup since yesterday n seen a judge this morn n he refused to set a bail till tomarrow.has her rights been violated
