What can be done when someone commits an assault on a person within 500 feet of an officers house? It was two against one.

Hello. The victim can file a civil
lawsuit against the attackers and can
file a police report. The police report should be taken to the office of the State's Attorney and a requests should be made that criminal charges be filed against the attackers. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
