Re: attorney misrepresentation/fraud
Your question is devoid of facts and, instead, simply assumes that a fraud and/or misrepresentation has taken place. Accepting your question at face value, an attorney who defrauds a client is suspectable to a claim of fraud (like anyone else), a malpractice claim, a breach of fiduciary duty claim and disciplinary action, such as disbarment or some lesser form of sanction.
You would be entitled to the damages you suffered as a result of the attorney's wrongdoing, and, potentially, an award of punitive damages against the lawyer.

You need to consult an attorney to establish whether what you say is, in actual fact, fraud according to the law. Then, of course, there are causes of action for any damages that may have occurred.
