Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

What can I do if my Chicago apartment was raided 9/22/11 and the only thing found was less then 10gm of personal uses canabis. I called a lawyer immediately and they were told I did not have a arrest warrant and police were not responing back to their calls and to not worry. On 10/11/11 I have a proof of my where abouts and witnesses. I arrived at my home and was approached my a plain clothe undercover and was asked if I was (myname) I said yes why and was then handcuffed. Never once was i told who they were or my charges or why I was being taken. I was then told I had sold drugs to a undercover that morning they held me in a warehouse and wanted me to turn a cop informant and if I did they would let me go. I will not be a CI and asked for my lawyer, they left a video camera on me and kept coming back to try and talk to me. I am detained and go before a judge and this is the first time I hear my charges ... unsure on the canabis and 7.3gm of cocaine the is not mine! I accept responsibility for my drug habit but not cocaine. My background does have narcotics but I have served my time my past should not dictate my future. I have changed my life around and now I cannot escape my past. Advice please......I did bond out and looking for any help..... Sincerly, Changed-excriminal
