civil rights violations
what if a person were falsely arrested for armed robbery/home invasion defendant demanded a trial and the states attourney called a witness that wasn't a witness she tampered with witnesses before trial commited perjury under oath was never charged with anything before or after defendant was found not guilty is this subouring perjury is this a case a civil litigation attourney would dream to have.

If someone presented a false witness this can be an act of subornation of perjury. And the person who falsely testified under oath can be charged for perjury. This is a criminal offense. Why don't you engaged a criminal lawyer and pursue the case in the interest of justice.
