can cops search house, when neighbor calls 911
Daughter was out on the deck crying, neighbors called 911, officer believed everything they said, which was wrong, came into my home scared my daughter and searched my house.
did they have a right to do this? I can not sleep at nite anymore because I feel like they invaded my privacy because of neighbors who made up story. I do not believe they had any right to come into my home and scare us like they did..

Hello. In my opinion the police officers did not
have a right to search your house without a warrant. Furthermore, they had no probable cause
to believe that a crime had been committed sim-
ply because of a child crying outside. You have
a lawsuit, in my opinion. I will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have.
