Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
My ex filed for custody of our daughter because I am involved with DCFS. He has hired a lawyer and his lawyer was questioning me about another one of his clients BEFORE I knew that my ex had hired him. Is this a conflict of interest?
