Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
General
I have a civil lawsuit against my ex-ployer and new evidence came up during my attorney's investigation. She recommended having our charge amended and the Magistrate Judge granted my case the amendment. How good is that for my case?

Re: General
Ask your attorney about the details. If the case was amended due to your discovering new evidence, probably the lawyer has added to claims or made some other amendments to strengthen your complaint.
