Is guilt by association a law?

Hello. In my opinion that is an attitude that a jury will adopt if it
feels that the accused keeps company with one who has a bad reputation or
a felony on their record. This is not
a law per se, but during a jury trial
the court may incorporate this concept in jury instructions. Will be
happy to discuss this with your further and in more detail.
