Illegal Search?

I was pulled over for my sound system, which instanly lead to the cop asking for my license\insurance and before even running my name had me step out of the car, handcuffed me searched me and put me in his car.He never read me my rights the entire time i was in police custody or behind bars. He Went in my car without a reason. He did find things in there but it was a illegal search. The cop drove my car like a maniac to the station while i was in the cop car that was following with the lights on. When i got to the police station the cops were continuosly making racist remarks like ''wigger, eminem, vanilla ice'' the entire time i was there. Also the cops refuse to lock my car. I need help with fighting the case and pressing charges. I will give you the full story if you are intrested in helping.
