I would like to know what Illinois law says in reference to private security/chaperones breathalyzing any guests (both adult and minor) in order to gain entry into a private event and any info related.

It would require consent that you are not obligated to give, but if that is a condition of entering private property and you decline, then entry can be declined. You have no right of entry without permission.
