I wanted to know what will happen if someone violates there parole? It is his 1st time violating it.

Violation of parole is considered a serious offense by the courts. This
person needs a lawyer now because the
court could impose an extended jail sentence. There are alot of issues to be handled in this type of case. Will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
