Legality of Hidden Cameras
Dealing with theft at a private facility. Currently visible cameras, but theft is occuring outside of their perameters. Is it legal to install hidden cameras in A) Mens Locker Room B) All exits of facility?

An interesting issue. However, it would take some legal research in order to come to an informed opinion and the ability to render any significant advice. In all likelihood, it is a developing area of law.
