Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

loss of employment

I want to know if I have a case? I rented a vehichle through my brother with employers credit card. I paid cash for the rental he didn't credit it. I had a legal past and my brother showed it to my employer. I have now lost my job. What rights do I have. Brothers admits to having the money.

I would not take the case and can't tell if you do or not.....sounds like you did some stuff wrong and in Illinois you are an employee at will unless you are under contract.
