misleading/misrepresentation?

Hello and Good day,

My question may be a mixture between sexual/criminal law and civil law so I hope I have it in the right place.

My question is if a male tells a female he represents some company in the adult movie industry, convincing women into engaging in sex with him and calling it an audition; under the presumption that they have a chance to be signed to a contract after the audition. However after he engages in sex with the women tells them they unfortunately don't fit the part for the film and won't be put under contract, what laws has he broken? He in truth does not represent any company with the Adult Film Industry, but everything he says is simply that ''word of mouth'' or communicated electronically, he never provides documentation OR has them sign anything. Can we sue him for anything? Or might there be a criminal/sexual law he has broken?

Hello. The gentlemen's conduct is classified as fraud. In my opinion he could be charged with sexual assault. Consider filing a lawsuit against him. Sexual harrassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress may be civil grounds for such a lawsuit. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
