who could I report a violation of confidentiality to regarding a teacher's evaluation

Hello. A violation of confidentiality can be reported to the institution's management or board of directors. Such a violation could also be prosecuted in the form of a civil suit for violation of a person's privacy. A few years ago i represented a client who filed a lawsuit against a local college for disclosing the terms of a confidential settlement agreement. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
