took over payments for a vehicle
I took over payments to a vehicle from a friend.I am the main driver of the vehicle and I'm on the insurance I make payments we went to a notariy and got it stamped that I was the one responsible for the truck because we couldn't get it financed in my name.the licenplates are in her name and now she want to take the plates which mean I couldn't drive it any more.what should I do?

You can enforce a contract in court. You can enjoin her from any future action.

This is a contract between the two of you which can be enforced by you in court.
