Can I request a copy of photos taken at my son's apartment from when he died? I found my son 6 days after he passed and the police refuse to give me the photos.

Re: Photos
What is the reason that you want the photos? If it is for a lawsuit, then you can file a subpoena to get them from the police department. Many police departments also have procedures where they will give some items to next of kin once a case is closed. Feel free to give us a call if you want to talk about your concerns.
