Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
Have my privacy rights been violated?
I was forced to take another random drug test within two weeks only this time it had to be observed by a stranger that had to actually see urine coming from my private into the cup. I feel violated to the fullest and would like to know does this violate my constitutional rights to privacy?

Re: Have my privacy rights been violated?
What you went through is humiliating and degrading. Your alternative was to refuse and probably be fired. Therefore, you voluntarily consented to this, apparently as a condition to your continued employment. Therefore, I know of no violation of law, and certainly of no constitutional right.
If you are in a union, then the contract probably prohibits such. This type of employment activity is a result of conservative administrations and their appointment of conservative judges.
