R. R. Donnelley Lawsuit
Does the lawyer handling the lawsuit have to disclose the montery amount that was won, and is the lawyer entitled to 33 1/3 of the whole amount, and the rest distributed equally to the complaintant?

Yes! The lawyer cannot keep anything secret from his/her client. It all depends on the retainer agreement you signed. If you do not have a retainer agreement, the attorney can only get a reasonable attorneys' fee.
