Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

I was recently giving my husband a ride home and unbeknownst to me he had marajuana on him. He was arrested and I was sent on my way. Now I feel I am being harassed from the local police depatrment. They are always pulling me over and I am told to get out of the vehicle and am harassed about "Do you smoke weed?, Do you have weed in the vehicle?, Do you do any drugs?" I do no drugs and carry none on me. They always have the same excuse for pulling me over. Its either no turn signal or no tailights, when I always use my turn signal and all my tailights are working. I have talked to the police Lut. and he proceeded to threaten me with a ticket that "I should have got in the first place, would that make me happy?". What do I do to stop this harassment?
