Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
I am renting an apartment in Dundee Illinois. It is my lease my roommate I want her out...her name is written on my lease just as my roommate but I signed it. I need a more dependable roommate that I have found so I would like her to get out...I do not know what to do. She is not paying me on time...and it is just not fair. We have a verbal agreement between ourselves about how much she is to pay me but I need to know what to do to get her out?
