Statutory Rape
In Illinois if a 14 year old female has sex with a 18 year old male but both of their parents know it is occuring and consent, is it still considered statutory rape? Is there something the parents need to sign? any information would be helpful.

Hello. It is still statutory rape and the parents of the 14 year old could be in big trouble with the law.
