Unauthorized Video Taping

My neighbors recently installed video cameras on the back of their house and garage. They are positioned so that they record all activity only at my house. I have a 12 year old daughter that I am afraid is being videotaped. We cannot walk out our front door without being on camera. I would like to know if this is legal since they are specifically targeting my family and if there is any action I can take. I feel that my privacy is being invaded and that my daughter is being subjected to offensive leering by my neighbors, especially since we have a pool and she is often in a swimsuit. Since I practice in the field of civil rights, I find your question quite interesting.
