Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

Violation of Settlemnet Agreement

The Person filled a law suit against his former employer and a Settlement Agreement was reached. According to the Settlement Agreement the person can't seek employment with the company and its affiliates and assigns. However the company and its attorney did not provide the person with the list of the company's affiliates, associates, and buisness entities. The person believes that he has a right to demand such a list in order to live and operate in a safe and secure environment without any danger to be accused by the company for the violation of the settlement. for example the person and his descendats will be looking for a job and they should know that they should not apply for a job at places associated with the company. Also if the person or his descedants will be looking for an apartment they should know if the building to an associate of the company. Also the person believes that his connstitutional rights were violated because the company refused to provide the list. Also the person believes that his consumer rights were violated because he and his descandents don't want to benefit companies associated with his former employer. How can the person obtain such a list and can the person sue the company and its attorney?
