Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

I won an appeal after a court awarded 5700 in a small claims court appelete court said I only owe 540 of that judgement but there was a judgement of memorandum filed long ago for the 5700 dollars and now I want to sell my house what do I do What are my legal rights does this lawyer have to take this off.

Did you pay the 540? If you did, ask for a release/satisfaction of judgment which will vacate the judgment. Get that certified and present it to the title company at closing
