Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

i have worjked in a hyome health firm from march 25-august 1,2011,i only got paid once in maY 3RD WEEK...at this time they are paying other employees except me,i want to ask for my recourse as to the ne9xt 9s5te99p99s9 to 9c99l9a9i9m9 my wages and admission,visit pay.pls i need your advice,my car got repossesed,we ended up getting a cheaper apartment,my long term care,health insiurance,kids life insurance and my life insurance had lapsed and its closed to being terminated,my bank accounts incurred almost 600.00 of overdraft and returned items fee because of this.thanks and hope to hear from you [email protected]

This is not a civil rights question, unless you were not paid because of your race, ethnicity, national origin, etc. If you were not paid for hours worked, either have an attorney sue for your wages, or contact the wage and hour division of the Illinois Department of Labor.
