Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
If you work commision can your boss make u stay overnight at a tow company. And threaten to fire u. The shift is 5pm to 8am with no pay

This is not a civil rights question, unless you are not being paid based on race, national origin, etc. Your boss can set your hours. You can quit if you do not want to work those hours. You are entitled to be paid for all hours worked.
