Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
at work i was embarressed in a meeting where i was accused of leaving early. taking long lunchs and breaks and was embarressed infront of my coworkers. i cant sleep from this situation. can i get legal justice from this situation

Are the accusations true?
You are probably lucky to still be employed.
The only "Justice" I see here is that if the accusations are true, you should give back some of your pay for the time you left early/slept.
This can be considered theft.
