Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
work place
MY supervisor is always making gay jokes and saying things really offensive about other employees and there preferances. He is always saying stuff that totally out of line and its sick, and bothers me. I have said its offensive and he continues... can i seek legal actions since it effecting my job?

If the employer is in Illinois you probably can take action. You will need to complain about the behavior, � prefereably in accordance with the rules of the employer about complaints of discrimination.There are jurisdictional requirements, and other matters that need to be taken into account. I would get advice.
