Adult web sites
I would like to start a adult web site with nudity and adult content. I would like to know are there any legal issues I need to know about before I open my site? do I need to get some Kind of License copyright or anything I should know before I put up my adult images. Is it illegal to have an adult web site in Illinois? Is there certain steps I need to go through before putting my site up?

2. Trademark registrations - yours to protect you, clearance to avoid conflicts with others and proper usage guidelines.

3. Copyright - yours to help protect against mass copying; clearances and releases to help protect you against infringement claims
