Consumer Rights in Online Games/Services
I'm currently a user of an online game service and have had my service temporarily suspended. They state that they posses the rights and ability to terminate and suspend any account(s) at their discretion, regardless of whether there has been an actual violation of service agreement. Is it legal for internet gaming services to suspend or ban accounts with this ''catch~all'' rule (that it is their sole discretion to suspend and ban accounts)? Additionally what steps can (or should) I take as a consumer if it turns out the evidence they have used against me to suspend my account turns out to be either faulty, innaccurate or unsubstantiated?

Re: Consumer Rights in Online Games/Services
I would need to review the TOS to advise you of your rights under the policy or contract.
Is it a free game or for pay?
Are you claiming a "fundamental right" to engage in online gaming?
