2 Females have had a fall out. One's name is ''Jane'' the other ones name is ''Mary''.

Jane has insulted Mary numerous times online in a video game. Jane has also brought up real life issues such as Mary's past relationship into public. Mary is embarrassed and humiliated.

Mary's ex boyfriend has had pictures of Jane nude which was sent to him while Mary was dating him. Mary threatens Jane to apologize to her or the pictures will be sent to her friends. Jane says she will not apologize and she does not care if the pictures are sent out. Jane the proceeds to call her names and say she is a victim. Jane insults Mary a couple of times and is going to report her to the local authorities.

Jane and Mary used to be best friends. Jane lives in Maryland, Mary lives in Illinois. Jane is filing a police report over this incident. Can Jane have a suit or any action taken?
