Legal Question in Technology Law in Illinois
I am a recovering addict and I want to develop a website where people can ask anonymous questions about addiction for themselves or others. I would provide bits of information and possibly a forum for support (parents or people already in recovery.) I would make a disclaimer clear that the website does not give direct advice or medical advice and there is no doctor. This is simply an information center for addicts + those whom are affected by them, by addicts whom will answer questions based on personal experience or research only and will not give direct medical or personal advice. Am I legally covering my bases?

You are certainly on the right track, but I would suggest contacting an attorney to review your disclosure to ensure they are adequate.
