Starting A Hosting Business
A friend and myself are looking at starting a web hosting business online. The only service we would offer is reselling webspace that we have purchased from someone else. Is it necessary to obtain a business name from our county in order to do this? And if so, since it will be a purely online business are we able to use our home address for the business address?

You can use any address you want and you don't have to incorporate. You might want to consider a limited liability company. There's plenty of information on LLC's on-line, and books in borders on setting up a company. There are even books on settting up e-commerce companies.
