Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Illinois
I was arrested for knocking on someone's door I went to jail that night and was charged with obstruction of justice the next day the state's attorney dropped the case and I was released only to come home to an order of protection for five things that I have never done in my life I was then on the order of protection for 2 weeks and which I did not get to see my kids and I did not get to go home and now no one is going to be held accountable for it and I'm going to be put into a divorce case how in the hell can I not get compensation for that why do I have to be out of my house for something that I didn't do and why can't I see my children when my wife is the one that's filing for divorce not me

It's a difficult situation and you're going to have to find a local lawyer to help you. This isn't really something you can get help with over email.
Good luck.
