Bugging
If someone violates my privacy what course of action can I take. Someone bugged my auto for years and is out doing whatever I talked about. This has messed up my life.

Only a State actor (the government) may violate your Constitutionally protected rights. If a private individual was invading your privacy, then you may have a private cause of action against that individual.
